Some decisions are born quietly.
Not as a business plan or a calculated strategy, but as a persistent concern that returns again and again—every time you step into an operating room, witness an incomplete or overly traumatic procedure, or hear colleagues from different countries say the same thing:
“No one ever really taught us how to do this properly.”
For decades, the field of phlebology—now recognized as a growing specialty—advanced rapidly in technology but slowly in comprehensive training. There was discussion about techniques, devices, and results, but something essential was often missing: how to train professionals who are confident, effective, efficient, and clinically responsible—truly prepared to treat a condition that affects millions of people, often silently.
It was within that space—between real-world clinical experience, teaching, international conferences, and daily practice—that a different idea began to take shape.
